Description

This function can be used to determine if the event was marked as COMPLETE and also recalled from the History grid. So this proves that the event is not new. Use this function to skip any custom rule functionality that should only be executed for new events.

Note: maybe trigger actions will automatically NOT trigger on completed events, by default, but this function is available in addition, if needed.
