There are 19 PrintBuilder template types divided into four main groups.

Event Reports

Certificates

Certificates can be generated after a completed event if the 'Cert. Type', 'Cert. Num' and 'Vendor' fields are visible in the event. Certificates can contain equipment, event, company, employee, vendor, and calibration schedule information. Detail lists are also available for Sign Offs, Masters Used, Calibration Test Point Results, and Excel field mappings. Certificates are always stored with the appropriate event. Multi-Equipment Certificates

Multi-Equipment Certificates can be generated after a completed multi-equipment event. This report allows you to combine multiple calibration certificates into one and archive/replace the existing certificate for each calibration. See theEvent Configuration Wizard for more details.

Non-Conformance

Non-Conformance reports can be generated after a completed event if equipment matches an optional filter (like 'Out of Tol,' etc.). Non-Conformance reports contain the same potential fields as Certificates: equipment, event, company, employee, vendor, and schedule information from a pre-selected schedule type. Detail lists are also available for Sign Offs, Masters Used, Calibration Test Point Results, and Excel field mappings. Non-Conformance reports can also be stored with an event. Packing Slips

Packing Slips can be generated after a completed event if equipment matches an optional filter. Packing Slips contain event information, linked company, vendor, and employee information. Detail lists are also available for equipment info. (with linked scheduling info. for a pre-selected schedule type), and sign-offs. Packing Slips can also be stored with an event. Receipts

Receipts can be generated after a completed event if the equipment matches an optional filter. Receipts offer a quick listing of all equipment included in an event in one report. Receipt reports contain printing, equipment, and schedule information from a pre-selected schedule type. Receipts can also be stored with an event. Stickers

Stickers can be generated after a completed event if equipment matches an optional filter. Sticker reports can contain equipment, event, company, vendor, and schedule information from a pre-selected schedule type. Sticker reports can also be stored with an event. See the Event Configuration Wizard for more details.

General Reports

Alarms

Alarms are reports automatically or manually run from the IndySoft Alarms Module. For example, these reports might be automated equipment listings due for calibration or service. Alarm reports can contain print info., equipment info., and calibration schedule information.

Custom

Custom Reports are created in the IndySoft Report Designer. All datasets are selected by the user, along with any custom display code and layout. Custom Reports are available to users from menu items on the 'Reports' menu on the main screen. System Administrators set up the visibility for custom reports in the Profile Manager...Management...Equipment Searching/Reports/Layouts utility.

Standard

Standard Reports are created using the IndySoft Standard Report Wizard. This wizard allows the selection of a basic report type, display fields/order, filter information, and page setup. Standard Reports are available to users from menu items on the 'Reports' menu on the main screen. System Administrators set up the visibility for standard reports in the Profile Manager...Options...Set up Custom Search By's/Reports utility.

Worksheets

Worksheets can be generated either from the Navigator or from the Order System. Worksheets can contain a broad range of data: equipment info., company info., scheduling info., default test points, default masters, equip. docs, child equip., backup equip., parts, service/repair parts, machines, and user def. Six items. Worksheets can also be used with the Navigator to print shipping tags.

Equipment

Equipment templates allow for quick searching/reporting on equipment. Output can be to screen, printer, file, or email as either grid or layout.

General

Searches that allow for different search criteria other than Equipment -- Ex: Employees, Events, Templates. Output can be to screen, printer, file, or email as either grid or layout.

Order System Reports

Estimates

Estimates can be printed from the Order System screen. Estimate reports list the header information for an Estimate and all estimated charges. Associated documents can also be listed in this report.

Invoices

Invoices can be printed from the Order System screen. Invoices list the header information for an Invoice and all related charges. Associated documents can also be listed in this report.

Work Orders

Work Orders can be printed from the Order System screen. Work Order reports list the header information for a Work Order and any Work To Be Performed belonging to the Work Order. Accumulated Charges and associated documents can also be listed in this report.

Tooling Reports
Flag Note: Tooling Reports only apply to the Tool Management version of IndySoft.

Out of Inventory

These templates allow for quick searching/reporting on currently checked-out equipment - these assets can be either hand tools, unique tools, or gages. Equipment can be filtered by 'out' fields (set during workflow) or equipment-level fields. Output can be to screen, printer, file, or email as either grid or layout.

Parts/Operations

Parts/Operations can be generated after a completed event if the equipment matches an optional filter. Parts/Operations offer a quick listing of all equipment included in an event, along with Part/Operations details from the Parts/Operations module, in one report. Parts/Operations reports contain printing, equipment, and schedule information from a pre-selected schedule type. Parts/Operations can also be stored with an event. See the Event Configuration Wizard for more details. In addition, Parts/Operations reports can be printed from the Parts/Operations module.

Kits

Kits display details from the Kitting module, along with kit requirements and associations. |
