The Event Navigation Bar

Several options are available on the Event Wizard Navigation Bar.

Event Steps - Navigation Bar

Event Type - Equipment

On the left-hand side of the navigation bar, the event type name (like 'CALIBRATION' or 'CHECK-OUT') is listed. If the event is performed only upon one piece of equipment, the equipment ID will be listed to the right of the event type after a dash.

Back Button

If you have more than one event tab set up for the current event type, you can move back through the event tabs using this button. If you are at the first tab, it will be grayed out.

Next/Finish Button

If you have more than one event tab set up for the current event type, you can move forward through the event tabs by using this button. If you arrive at the last event tab, the caption for this button will change to 'Finish.' Pressing the 'Finish' button will commit the event and close the events wizard.

Cancel Button

Allows you to exit the current event without committing to the event.

Event Timer

If you have selected the Event Configuration Option to display a timer during an event type, then the timer control will appear along the bottom bar of all event tabs. The timer automatically starts when you create or re-launch an incomplete event in IndySoft. Convenient buttons for start, pause, and stop are also provided.
