The Read Only Default Configuration adds multiple Read Only specific reports. You can now control what reports your customers or Read Only users can see.

Launch the Visibility/Usage of any report and ensure the Read-Only Client check box is checked. Now any user pointing to a Read Only license will have access to this report.
