Introduction

IndySoft's RP1 enabled events are a group of events to implement a variation of NCSLI's RP1 Reactive Method A1. The variation was described by Allen Bare in his paper, Simplified Calibration Interval Analysis (also available here). The purpose of the analysis is to compare the current and previous two calibrations, determine how far in/out of tolerance the as-found data was, then calculate a new calibration interval.

Features include:

·Adjustable parameters for the calibration interval formula

·Choice of fields to store gage data in, including extended attributes

·Ability to synchronize child gages (for racked equipment)

·Gage level maximum and minimum calibration intervals

·Gage level control over whether to use calibration interval adjustment |
