Description

This function can be used to determine if the event was started new (from Menu or flowchart launch, etc.) or recalled from the History grid. Use this function to skip any custom rule functionality that should only be executed for new events. The difference between IsNewEvent and IsOldCompleted is that IsOldCompleted also checks for whether the event is marked as COMPLETE.

Note: some trigger actions will not automatically trigger on completed events, by default, but this function is available in addition, if needed.
