WebTier Client Installation
Important: Installation of IndySoft Web-Tier Client requires Administrator rights in Windows. Please confirm these credentials before proceeding. It also requires Windows 10 and above or Windows Server 2008 R2 or above. Windows Server 2016 being the latest currently OS supported (We recommend choosing Windows Server 2012 or 2016).
Introduction
The new IndySoft WebTier allows your IndySoft users to run the client within any modern HTML 5.0 Web Browser (IE10/11, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc.) The IndySoft WebTier Server should be able to serve from 25 to 50 users with modern server hardware. This number can be increased by utilizing the IndySoft WebTier Load Balancer and using multiple servers.
Installation
Normally IndySoft Technicians will assist you with installing the IndySoft WebTier Client. We highly recommend this route. The rest of the document will describe how a Technician will install and setup your system.
