Description

This procedure hides (in one operation) all the 'Choose Equipment' search items available from the popup menu above the 'Choose Equipment' grid. This procedure is typically used to quickly clear the items so a small number of menu items can then be redrawn using 'Show ChooseEquipMenuItem' procedure. This saves the user from having to code dozens of 'HideChooseEquipMenuItem' procedures.
