Description

This procedure sets the equipment condition for the selected record in the 'Choose Equipment' grid. This functionality is only relevant if various equipment conditions are setup in Workflow Configuration...Equip Conditions tab. Also, the 'Condition' field needs to be made visible per workstation in the 'Choose Equipment' grid for the event (right mouse click option on the grid for 'Customize Fields'). This procedure enables the event to default a condition for each asset, allowing the end users to only have to select exceptions to this rule. This procedure is typically performed on an 'Add Equipment (End)' trigger action - the 'Add Equipment' trigger action is too early to change the condition.
