O.O.T. Review

The O.O.T. Review event confirms Out of Tolerance items in the calibration lab process. This event can confirm failures before contacting the customer for repair evaluations and quotes. The event can also track any issues or errors with the calibration process, such as technicians falsely failing equipment.

Once the event is selected, the equipment can be loaded through the Choose Equipment window.

Approved will move the item to Awaiting QA.

Rejected will place the item back to awaiting service. |
