Adding Service Sites

Service Sites have three (3) out of box options: On-Site, In-House, and Third-Party. Items in this list can be accessed from the related equipment field and order system fields to describe where the work is being performed. Service Sites also play a big role in any properties related to the Taxonomy Tree. Please note that any properties in the taxonomy tree will only utilize the On-Site and In-House options. On-Site and In-House are blocked from being deleted in the add/edit Service Sites list.

Service Sites can be helpful in filtering Pending Work and Pending Work Order Line Items. (14.1 Betas, 14.2)
