User/Location Settings - Document Locations

The Document Locations option is used to specify a default location(s) for your IndySoft documents and calibration procedures. Usually, you will want to centrally locate these document locations so that all IndySoft users can access them. To search for a document location, press the dialog button. Multiple directories can be specified if a semi-colon separates them.

Note: if you see any setting in the User/Location Settings dialog that has this toggle visible to the right:



Then this setting is set up as a global preference, and CANNOT be modified by individual users in the User/Location Settings. Please have your Administrator edit this setting in Setup Global Preferences within Profile Manager as needed.Document Location

The Calibration Procedure Location box is used to specify the location of your IndySoft calibration procedures. This setting is unnecessary if your calibration procedures are stored in the database. It is only needed when storing calibration procedures locally or on your network. |
