Migrate Pipette Settings

If you have been using a version of the Pipette Module from 12.1 or earlier, and are now upgrading to 12.2 or later, you will need to run Equipment Project MIGRATE PIPETTE SETTING (see Update Layouts to expose the hyperlink).

In older versions of the Pipette Module, Pipette Method Setup settings (and Pipette Balance Setup settings for some customers) were stored in Extended Attributes. This simple project script will move those settings to the Specifications for your gages and templates, so they will continue to work. Simply click the hyperlink to launch the project script.

You will be presented with a count of the gage settings and template settings in your database. Click Convert for Gage or Template Settings to convert those items. The progress bar at the bottom will indicate your progress. Depending on the number of gages/templates, this may take less than a second or a few minutes.

You will only need to do this one time. After that, you can delete they hyperlink for MIGRATE PIPETTE SETTING.
