Vendor Events

The Vendor Calibration process has a decision based on the vendor selection in the Receive In Lab event that moves your items to Await. Vendor. The Send To Vendor event captures all the necessary information to document your asset leaving the facility. Upon return, the Received From Vendor event will track your items returned to the facility. The Vendor Calibration event is used to attach the calibration certificate and update the calibration date, certificate number, and any other information required to have from the vendor documented. From here, the items will wait in the Await. Return status until you can move these items back into production with the Return to Production event.
