Est. Cal. Time

The estimated calibration time field shows you the estimated time that you can expect for each calibration. In the Reporting module, a report can be run comparing the actual and estimated calibration times.

Uncertainty

This field shows you the total calibration uncertainty for the current equipment.

Cert. Template

Cert. Template shows you the name of the certificate template that will be applied for completed calibrations.

The current cert template can be modified in PrintBuilder by pressing the button to the right of the edit box.

View Cert Template

Pressing this button will pull up PrintBuilder. Certificate Templates are modified using the PrintBuilder utility. See the PrintBuilder section for information on creating, editing, and removing certificate templates.

Calibration Procedure

The field shows you the name of the calibration procedure that should be used for this piece of equipment. Pressing the view button to the right of the field launches the document for viewing. IndySoft can display any document that can be viewed in Windows. Note: This field is for backward compatibility with old software. For a better way to specify calibration procedures and associate them with a schedule type, see the Equipment Info. - Scheduling section.

Serviced By

Serviced By is used to store the vendor name that services the equipment. Clicking the view button to the right of the field reveals more detailed information about the 'Serviced By' vendor.

Traceability #

This field can contain a traceability number, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology number, used to specify the traceability of a piece of equipment and the last time it was properly calibrated. |
