Receive In Lab

The Receive in Lab event allows you to move assets into the Lab or prepare them to be sent to a vendor for calibration. In the Receive in Lab event, the vendor field will determine which route the event will move your equipment. If the selection for the vendor is your company/facility, then the tracking status will route to In Lab. If you select a vendor other than your facility, the tracking status will route to Await. Vendor. Note: We must quickly adjust your Workflow Configuration settings upon installation to ensure this works according to your company. Scroll below to see where modification takes place.
