Using the Event Finder
The EventFinder dialog allows the user to search existing Event History easily. To search for an event, use the EventFinder filter to narrow the search of Event History.

Once the user has selected the appropriate items, press the test button (the stopwatch) to get a preview of how many event records were found. Once satisfied that the event filter is correct, press the "Select Events" button, and they will be listed below. To go to a particular event, double-click on it or highlight the event and press the info icon.

In this example, 13 Calibration events were found and processed.

Equipment can be sent to Equipment Finder by right-clicking in the Selected History and selecting "Send equipment to Equipment Finder."

A grid view can be printed.

Open Sign-Offs:
To find events awaiting the user's sign-off, choose the user name from the list on the right-hand side of the dialog and press the button to the right. All events that need that user's electronic sign-off will be displayed.

If no events to be signed off by this user, the following message is displayed:
