Add/Edit...System-Wide...Action Request Lists...Type

Action Request Lists can be created in the Action Request System utility.

Add/Edit Action Request Lists Type
To add to or manage the System-Wide Action Request Type, in the IndySoft header, click Add/Edit on the right side and select System-Wide...Action Request Lists...Type from the drop-down menu.

Add/Edit Action Request Types

Click 'New Item' to add a new Item or to 'View/Edit Item.'

Enter the new Type, then click the box to expose this information to Web Users via IndySoft's Data View Browser (sold separately). Click 'OK' and repeat as necessary.

Using Action Request Types
As mentioned, Action Request Statuses are used in the Action Request Item utility.
