Find Dialog

Once a search has been executed, use 'Find Next' to find any additional matches. If you reach the end of the document without a match, you will be prompted to continue the search from the top. 'Find' and 'Find Next' can be launched through the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut.

98107636 Paste

Two options are available: 'Paste As Text' and 'Paste Special.' 'Paste as Text' will paste the contents of the Windows clipboard into the layout at the caret's current position. Note: Font style information (size, color, etc.) will be retained, if possible, along with any table/cell information. 'Paste Special' will display the dialog below, allowing the user to specify how the pasted data (from the Windows Clipboard) will be inserted into the document:

Paste Special

'RichView Format' is the native format for IndySoft layouts, so choosing this option will retain all formatting (assuming the clipboard contents were originally populated from a layout). 'Rich text format' is a general format that emphasizes common properties between IndySoft layouts and general rich-text type documents like Word, etc. 'Text' will paste the text only, omitting any formatting (the format at the current caret position will be used instead as the default). 'Unicode text' is similar to 'Text' but retains Unicode extended character information.

98107713 Cut

Cuts the selected text/object to the Windows clipboard.

98108878 Copy

Copies the selected text/object to the Windows clipboard.

98107751 Character Case

Use this button to toggle the selected text between 3 states: 1) force all text to uppercase, 2) Force all text to lowercase, but uppercase the first letter of each word, and 3) Force all text to uppercase. Three examples are below:
