Version 14 Highlights New Look & Feel

  • New left-hand navigation tabs: Company Tab, Locations Tab, Add/Edit Tab, Reports Tab

IndySoft PortalLocation Tree - Location Tree Editor
  • Allows for a location structure up to 10 levels deep for equipment tracking
  • Company-specific vs. non-company-specific locations
    • Can show/hide locations based on selected company
  • Reference locations vs. storage locations
    • Equipment can only be stored at locations that are marked as storage locations
  • Improved searching options
  • Allows for extended functionality depending on the set location
    • Can be utilized with IndyGo and RFID to better track equipment
Employee Procedure Training
  • Procedure trainings can now be created/associated with employee from Add/Edit Employee
  • Procedure-based trainings can be populated by using another procedure as a base
  • New Security Items for Employee Procedure Training operations
  • Event system can block a user from using a particular procedure if the user/employee is not trained on that procedure
New Specification Options
  • Structured Specs - allows for a tree structure of specs, similar to Specification Manager
  • Set Specs - improved interface for adding set specifications 
    • New Add/Edit list for Set Types, which allows admins to set up the exact fields they want for each spec
Interval Analysis - Interval Analysis Method
  • The interval analysis module now builds upon the Statistics Module and allows the ability to consider schedules as a statistic
    • Analyze event historical data and perform studies to determine the best scheduling interval
    • Allows users to apply results/recommendations of the analysis to the schedules globally
Order System Updates
  • New Order System Preferences
  • Ability to use the New Charge Discount Method
  • Work Orders, Estimates, and Invoices: New Add/Edit lists for Sub-Statuses
    • Sub-Status lists are user-defined and are based on the primary statuses that IndySoft includes
    • Ability to further define the overall status of an order/estimate/invoice -- useful for more specific searching
    • Ex: An incomplete Work Order can now be further categorized with a sub-status of 'Awaiting Scheduling' or 'In Progress'
