Scheduler Export / Sync/ Print Options

Several export/sync/print options are available for the currently selected schedule view from above the scheduler:

Note that all of the options below include any filters currently in place - as selected in the header above the scheduler:

Export: Export the selected view to Excel, Excel 97-2003, HTML, Text, or XML. A file name is first prompted.

Synchronize: Use these options to synchronize IndySoft calendars to/from your current Outlook calendar. Or, if iCal format is preferred, then IndySoft calendar items can be synched to/from an iCal file.

Print: Displays a preview dialog for the currently selected view. Adjust any output options and then send them to the printer.

The above operations can be blocked in Profile Manager through the following items - as appropriate:
