Work Scheduling Module - Overview

This powerful module lets users quickly schedule work orders by grid, year, month, week, day(s), and timeline. Work Orders can be scheduled or individual line items (Scheduled Work). Work schedules can be quickly viewed per employee, employee group, ALL, or all associated groups. Grids are provided to show all unassigned and unscheduled work, so scheduling is as simple as a drag/drop to the appropriate date and time. Also, quick grids are available to show current workloads for employees and/or employee groups based on the total # of jobs assigned - for quick assignment of items.

Workload charts can be quickly launched from this module - which lists recurring due dates for a group of equipment to assist in balancing load and adjusting schedule intervals. |
